Live In Your Strengths LLC ("Live In Your Strengths," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit liveinyourstrengths.com, book a session, buy a product, or communicate with us by email, phone or text message, and how we use and protect it.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you share when you fill out a form, book a session, complete an assessment, or contact us.
  • Purchase information: when you buy a product or service, our payment processor collects your payment details. We do not store your full card number.
  • Information collected automatically: like most websites, ours collects basic data such as your browser type, pages visited and general location through cookies and similar tools.

How we use your information

  • To schedule and deliver coaching sessions, workshops and other services
  • To process purchases and send receipts
  • To send appointment confirmations, reminders and follow-ups by email or text message
  • To respond to your questions and requests
  • To send updates and resources you have chosen to receive (you can unsubscribe at any time)

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about appointments, session reminders, follow-ups and your requests, and, if you separately agree, promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

  • Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
  • Help: reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at [email protected].
  • Consent is not required to buy: you do not have to agree to texts to purchase any product or service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This excludes the service providers that help us send messages (such as our texting platform), who may only use it to deliver our messages.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed to provide our services. These include our website host (Squarespace), our client management and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), our scheduling and video meeting tools (such as Zoom), our payment processors, and assessment providers (such as Gallup, when you complete a CliftonStrengths assessment). We may also disclose information if required by law.

Our website uses cookies to keep it working and to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

How long we keep information

We keep your information as long as needed to provide our services, keep business and tax records, and meet legal requirements. Then we delete it or make it anonymous.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you emails or texts, by contacting us at [email protected]. You can also unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and from texts by replying STOP.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
